At Amy Naturals, we strive to provide high-quality natural and herbal products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
Return requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable or consumable natural products
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
Natural product brands often limit returns for hygiene or product-safety reasons.
3. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A wrong item
- A missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange:
- Replacement, or
- Full refund
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost.
- If the return is requested for other reasons, the customer may need to pay return shipping charges.
